Create a professional salary slip (payslip) for your employees in the format used in your country. Choose Pakistan, India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the US or an international format, fill in the employer and employee details, earnings and deductions, and print it or save it as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser.
Runs in your browser — nothing is uploadedEnter the amounts from your payroll. Rename or remove any line, and add your country’s own deductions.
Paid by the employer on top of the salary — shown on the slip for information, not deducted from net pay.
The payslip is issued and digitally signed by the employer. A verification code is worked out from the slip’s details, so a copy with a changed amount, name or date no longer matches the employer’s record.
Tip: a PNG with a transparent background looks best for the signature and stamp.

The Salary Slip Generator creates a payslip in the standard format for Pakistan, India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the US or any country: employer and employee details, earnings and deductions side by side, and net pay in figures and words. Print it or save it as a PDF — it runs in your browser.
A salary slip (payslip or pay stub) is the statement an employer gives an employee each pay period. It lists what the employee earned — basic salary, allowances, overtime and bonuses — what was deducted, such as income tax, social security, pension or provident fund and loan repayments, and the net amount actually paid. Employees use it as proof of income for bank accounts, loans, rental agreements and visa applications, and many countries require employers to issue one.
Payslips look different from country to country, so this generator starts from the format used where you employ people. The Pakistan format lists house rent, medical and conveyance allowances with CNIC, NTN and EOBI numbers; the India format shows HRA, DA and special allowance with EPF, ESI and professional tax; Gulf payslips show basic, housing and transport allowances with no income tax; UK and US payslips include year-to-date totals. Every line stays editable, and the net pay is written in words the way banks expect.
Pakistan, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, United States and an international format. Each loads the earnings, deductions and ID fields payslips there normally show — for example CNIC, NTN and EOBI in Pakistan, PAN and UAN in India, NI number and tax code in the UK.
Only where the slip alone is enough: India EPF (12% of basic) and ESI, US Social Security and Medicare, and an estimate of Pakistan salaried income tax from the FBR slabs. Income tax elsewhere depends on details a payslip cannot know, so enter it from your payroll.
No. The payslip is built entirely in your browser; names, salaries and bank details never leave your device.
At least the employer and employee, the pay period, gross pay, each deduction and the net pay. Many countries also expect the employee’s tax or social security number, and the UK and US commonly show year-to-date totals.
A payslip is issued by the employer. Banks, embassies and landlords verify income with the employer and bank statements, so a slip should always reflect real pay.
Writing the amount in words, as on a cheque, makes it hard to alter and is expected by many banks and offices in South Asia and the Middle East. Rupee amounts use lakh and crore; other currencies use thousand and million.
