These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GenZCoders website (genzcoders.com), our free online tools, our agency services, and any digital products we sell, including the GenZ Job Portal plugin and its Pro licenses. By using our website, engaging our services, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

GenZCoders ("we", "us", "our") is a software development agency offering custom web, mobile, UI/UX, and AI development services, as well as self-published digital products such as the GenZ Job Portal WordPress plugin.

2. Agency Services

Custom development and design engagements are governed by the specific proposal, statement of work, or agreement signed with the client for that project. Where no separate agreement exists, these Terms apply to the extent relevant.

Project timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones are as agreed in writing (email is sufficient) before work begins.

3. Digital Products & Licenses

Digital products (such as GenZ Job Portal) are offered under a Free tier and one or more Pro license tiers, as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

A Pro license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed software on the number of sites/domains stated for that plan.
Licenses are issued as a license key tied to the email address used at checkout.
Reverse engineering, redistributing, reselling, or removing licensing checks from the software is not permitted.
We may revoke a license obtained through fraud, chargeback, or breach of these Terms.

4. Payments

Digital product purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. Your order is subject to Paddle's buyer terms and their invoice will identify Paddle.com as the seller of record, handling payment collection and sales tax/VAT where applicable.

Agency service payments are invoiced directly by GenZCoders under the terms of the relevant project agreement.

5. Free Online Tools

Our free tools (including calculators, converters, generators, PDF, image, text, SEO and AI writing tools) are provided “as is” for general information and convenience.

Results from calculators — such as tax, loan, EMI, salary, health and currency results — are estimates and are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. Check important figures with a qualified professional or official source.
AI-generated text can contain mistakes. Review and edit it before you use it, and you are responsible for how you use it.
You are responsible for the files and content you process with the tools and for having the right to use them.
Fair-use limits apply, such as a daily limit on free AI generations. Do not use automated scripts to access the tools or attempt to bypass these limits.
The website shows advertising (including Google AdSense) to help keep the tools free. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, and code samples) is owned by GenZCoders unless otherwise noted. Purchasing a license to a digital product grants only the usage rights described in Section 3 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

For custom agency projects, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless the project agreement states otherwise.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
Distribute malware or engage in activity that disrupts our services
Misrepresent your identity when applying for jobs or purchasing licenses

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GenZCoders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or digital products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service or license in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our digital products for breach of these Terms. You may stop using our products and services at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed agreement for agency services specifies otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the last revision.
