About Invoice Generator

An invoice is a request for payment that records what you sold, how much it costs and when it is due. A clear, professional invoice helps you get paid faster and gives both you and your customer a reliable record for accounting and tax.

This generator lets you add your logo and company details, the customer’s billing information, itemised lines with quantity, unit price and discounts, tax, payment instructions, notes and terms. Totals are calculated automatically in your chosen currency, and you can print the invoice or save it as a PDF. Everything runs in your browser — no account, no watermark and no data stored on our servers.

When to use it

  • Freelancers billing clients for design, development, writing or consulting work.
  • Small shops and service businesses without accounting software.
  • One-off invoices for side projects or occasional sales.
  • Creating a professional-looking invoice quickly on a phone or laptop.

Tips for better results

  • Use a consistent numbering system, such as INV-2026-001, for easy record keeping.
  • State a clear due date and accepted payment methods to avoid delays.
  • Describe each line item specifically so the customer knows exactly what they are paying for.
  • Keep a copy of every PDF you send — you will need it for tax records.

Frequently asked questions

No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server — your data stays on your device.

Can I save the invoice as a PDF?

Yes. Click "Save PDF" (or Print) and in the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. All major browsers support this.

Which currencies are supported?

30 currencies, including PKR, USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AED, SAR, QAR, MYR, IDR, JPY, LKR, NPR, BDT, CAD and AUD. The selected symbol appears throughout the invoice.

What should a professional invoice include?

Your business name and contact details, the customer’s details, a unique invoice number, issue and due dates, itemised products or services with prices, taxes, the total amount due and how to pay.

Is the invoice legally valid?

An invoice is valid when it contains the information your country requires. Some countries require tax registration numbers or specific wording on tax invoices, so check your local rules if you are VAT or GST registered.
