Verification Code
Scanning shows the awardee, award, issuer, date, number and signatories, plus a verification code calculated from those details. Change any detail and the code changes, so an edited copy will not match. Keep a list of issued codes (or publish it on your verification page) so anyone can check a certificate.
Choose landscape and “Actual size”. Thick certificate card (200–300 gsm) gives the best result.
About Digital Certificate Generator
Certificates recognize effort and achievement — a student’s position in class, an employee of the month, a competition winner, a volunteer’s contribution or the completion of a course. A well-designed certificate is kept for years, so it should look as good as the achievement it records.
This generator offers twelve layouts modeled on the styles that schools, colleges, universities, government departments, companies and NGOs already use — from Classic, Elegant Gold, Academic and Heritage to Sash, Arcs, Facets, Art Deco, Banner, Medal and Gradient Frame. Pick the certificate type and the wording is filled in for you; then add your logo, signatures, awardee photos and an optional seal. Each certificate can carry a verification QR code with its details and a verification code that changes if anything is edited. Enter one name per line to print a complete batch, one certificate per page.
When to use it
- Results and merit: 1st, 2nd and 3rd position, distinction and honor certificates.
- Sports days, quiz and debate competitions.
- Employee of the month, long service and appreciation awards.
- Course completion and workshop or seminar participation.
Tips for better results
- Print on thick (200–300 gsm) certificate card for a professional feel.
- Use a transparent PNG logo and signature for the cleanest result.
- Keep the description to one or two lines — the name should be the star.
- Turn on certificate numbers and the QR code, and keep a list of issued certificates so they can be verified later.
How to use the Digital Certificate Generator

Frequently asked questions
Can I print certificates for a whole class, team or batch?
Yes. Enter one name per line in Recipients and every person gets their own certificate page, with an automatically numbered certificate ID if you turn it on.
Which paper should I print on?
The certificates are designed for A4 or US Letter in landscape. For the best result use 200–300 gsm card or certificate paper, and set the printer to “Actual size” (100%).
Can I add real signatures?
Yes. Upload a photo or scan of each signature — a PNG with a transparent background looks best. Leave it empty to print a line for signing by hand.
What does the QR code contain?
The awardee, award, issuing organization, date, certificate number and signatories, plus a verification code calculated from those details and, optionally, a link to your own verification page. If any detail on the certificate is changed, the code no longer matches.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The certificate is created entirely in your browser; names, photos, logos and signatures never leave your device.
Which layout should I choose?
Academic and Banner suit schools, colleges, universities and departments; Sash, Geometric and Facets suit company awards; Classic, Elegant Gold, Heritage and Art Deco suit formal ceremonies; Arcs and Gradient Frame fit training and tech events; and Medal is ideal for competitions with positions.
Can I change the wording?
Yes. Every line — the title, subtitle, presentation line and description — can be edited after choosing a certificate type.
