Many small and medium organisations hire through a careers page on their own website, then collect CVs by email. What it does
The plugin has three parts.
A public job board. Add the [job_board] shortcode to any page, and it shows your open positions. Each job opens its own detail page with the description and an application form.
A structured application form. Candidates upload a resume and a photo, and fill in work experience, education and skills using repeatable fields, so they can add as many jobs or degrees as they need. Every application arrives in the same format, which makes candidates easy to compare. The site admin gets an email notification for each new application.

Setting it up

Privacy and data
Applications are stored in your own WordPress database, not on our servers. The plugin sends nothing externally for free features. It contacts the licence server only when you activate a Pro licence, sending the licence key and your site domain, plus a daily background check that the licence is still valid.
Because applications contain personal information, make sure your site's privacy policy explains how you handle candidate data and how long you keep it.
